Great value for money, great location, service is 100% we have been to this hotel on several occations as and when we can get in, accomodation has been full all the time, good free car park when you know which road its up.

A place full of character - both people and the place itself. Everyone we met was very friendly, and we had a short train journey to Shrewsbury(£4 return) probably cheaper than parking. Shrewsbury much reminds us of Chester, and we had a great day out there, plenty of pubs/shops etc. With beautiful old buildings and churches and lots of little "ginnels" to explore.

Family run hotel --- nothing too much bother for them ----- You want an evening meal thats not on the board, give them notice and they will go out to get what you want and cook it for you.
Breakfast good, location good, car parking free, accommodation good, value for money excellent --- would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value hotel in centre of Shropshire / Ironbridge area ----- would stay here again!!

Very comfortable accommodation, friendly family run business, and a hearty breakfast.
Good value. Don't be put off by the apparent ease of getting a weekend room in high season; this is probably because the location is tucked away in a quiet side road within the town. Its well worth sniffing out.
